Terms and Privacy, refreshed

We gave the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy a small refresh to stay current with 2026 law. The class-action language now clearly defers to British Columbia consumer-protection rules, and the Privacy Policy now mentions Quebec's Law 25 and spells out that the site is run from Canada and not aimed at the EU or UK.

Nothing about what we collect changed: still the bare minimum, still no tracking cookies, still never sold.
