This Privacy Policy explains how Hareloom Studios ("we", "us") handles information when you use hareloomstudios.com (the "Site").

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message, so we can reply to you.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Download analytics: when you download a file, we record non-identifying technical details such as the app, version, platform, approximate country, browser type, and referring page. We do not store your full IP address.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Why we collect it

To respond to your messages, to send you updates you asked for, to understand which downloads are popular, and to keep the Site secure.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the Site: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (downloads and bot protection), and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@hareloomstudios.com.
